Terms of Service.

Clear terms for our website design, hosting, professional email, maintenance, software and digital services. Please read them before placing an order or subscribing.

Last updated: 10 October 2026United Kingdom3D Digital Ltd
Important: Your accepted quote, order confirmation, service specification or separately agreed written contract may contain additional details specific to your services. If there is a conflict, the expressly agreed, service-specific terms will take priority to the extent of that conflict. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
01 / INTRODUCTION

About these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to services supplied by 3D Digital Ltd, trading online as dragosdanaila.co.uk (“we”, “us” or “our”), to the person or organisation purchasing or using them (“you” or “customer”).

Our services may include website design and development, website hosting, website care, professional email hosting, search engine optimisation (SEO), digital integrations, software development and related add-ons.

By ordering a service or accepting a quote, you agree to the Terms applicable to that order, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights. If you are acting for a company, you confirm that you have authority to place the order on its behalf.

02 / ORDERS

Quotes, Pricing & Orders

Descriptions and prices shown on our website are for the specified package or service. Custom requirements, additional pages, integrations, content, licensing or third-party fees may require a separate written quote.

An order is agreed when we confirm acceptance, including the agreed scope, charges, payment schedule and any important project assumptions. A successful payment alone does not override an expressly agreed scope or guarantee that an unsupported service can be supplied.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable VAT or other taxes will be identified at checkout or on the relevant invoice in accordance with our tax status and legal obligations.

Promotional offers apply only within their published eligibility period. A promotional introductory price does not automatically guarantee the same amount on future renewals unless expressly stated in the order.

03 / WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Website Design & Development

Your written proposal or order defines the website package, number of pages, included features, design work and any agreed deliverables. Work outside that scope may be quoted and charged separately.

Project collaboration

You agree to provide reasonably requested content, branding materials, access details and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in receiving these may affect the delivery timetable.

Feedback and revisions

We will provide the revisions specifically included in your agreed package. Substantial changes of direction, new functionality and additional rounds of revisions may require an additional quote.

Launch and acceptance

Before publication, you are responsible for reviewing the website content, contact information, pricing, legal notices and any other business-specific details. Any launch or delivery date discussed is an estimate unless we expressly agree in writing that it is a binding deadline.

Domain names, premium plugins, stock assets, external subscriptions and other third-party licences are included only where expressly stated in your order.

04 / ONGOING SERVICES

Website Care, Maintenance & Hosting

Website Care and hosting subscriptions cover only the services and allowances described in the chosen plan. Maintenance may include agreed updates, monitoring, backups, support or other features, but no particular response time, restore time or uptime percentage is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

Reasonable maintenance, security updates, hosting-provider incidents or essential technical work may occasionally affect availability. We will take reasonable care in delivering services and addressing issues within our control.

Where a plan has limits on storage, traffic, support, edits or other resources, exceeding those limits may require an upgrade or separate charge, subject to your agreement where required.

Third-party platform changes, obsolete software, unsupported plugins and incompatible extensions may require additional work outside the standard care plan.

05 / BUSINESS EMAIL

Professional Email Hosting

Our professional email services are offered under the package and billing period selected at checkout. Advertised mailbox storage is a per-mailbox allowance unless the relevant offer clearly states otherwise. Additional mailboxes, storage or migration work may be priced separately.

Email access may be provided through webmail and compatible IMAP/SMTP clients, subject to the purchased service's configuration. We cannot guarantee delivery of every email because external mail servers, spam filters, DNS services and recipient policies are outside our full control.

Included mailbox benefits: An eligible Website Business subscription includes Email Essential at no additional charge; an eligible Website Premium subscription includes Email Business at no additional charge, in each case while the qualifying website subscription remains active and within the inclusion stated in that offer. Additional mailboxes and upgrades may carry separate charges.

Where a qualifying website subscription ends or changes, any email service previously included for free may require a separate paid subscription to continue. We will explain available options and any applicable charges before applying a new paid subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of important email data. We recommend exporting any data you wish to retain before requesting cancellation or migration.

06 / OPTIONAL SERVICES

Add-ons, SEO & Custom Work

Additional website pages, copywriting, SEO audits, analytics setup, integrations and similar add-ons may be charged as one-time services. Ongoing SEO management, enhanced monitoring or other subscription add-ons may be charged monthly or annually where expressly described as recurring.

For custom work, we will confirm the scope, fee and payment arrangement before work begins. A request submitted through an enquiry form is not itself a purchase or payment instruction.

SEO and marketing services are carried out using reasonable professional skill and care, but search rankings, visitor numbers, revenue and business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

07 / BILLING

Payments, Subscriptions & Bacs Direct Debit

We use Stripe to process eligible payments and subscriptions securely. The applicable checkout or invoice will identify whether you are authorising a one-time payment or a recurring payment, together with the amount and billing interval.

Where Bacs Direct Debit is available, you will be asked to provide your bank details through Stripe's secure process and authorise the relevant mandate. Do not send bank account details through our general contact or enquiry forms.

Bacs Direct Debit payments are not instant. We may wait for a payment to be confirmed before activating or commencing a service. A submitted mandate or pending payment does not necessarily mean that funds have been received.

Recurring charges will be collected on the schedule communicated at checkout or in your subscription documents, subject to payment-network processing times. If a payment fails, we may contact you to resolve it and, after appropriate notice, suspend an affected service where permitted by law and the relevant agreement.

Any required advance notice of Direct Debit collections, applicable mandate information and protection under the Direct Debit Guarantee will be provided through the relevant payment process.

08 / SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

Renewals, Cancellations & Refunds

Subscriptions renew for their selected billing period unless cancelled or changed in accordance with the applicable service agreement and checkout terms. Monthly and annual billing schedules are different: an annual subscription is billed for the annual period shown at checkout.

To request cancellation, contact us using the details below or use a cancellation option made available in your Stripe Customer Portal. Cancelling a Direct Debit mandate through your bank does not, by itself, necessarily cancel the underlying service agreement or any valid outstanding charges.

For business customers, refund eligibility depends on the agreed scope, whether work has commenced, the nature of the service and any specific written terms. We will not describe all paid services as automatically non-refundable.

Consumers: If you contract with us as an individual outside your trade or business, you may have statutory cancellation rights under UK law, including rights that depend on how the contract was formed, when the service begins and whether you expressly requested early performance. We will provide legally required information and honour applicable rights. These Terms do not exclude statutory remedies for services not provided with reasonable care and skill.

After a hosting or email service ends, access to associated data may be limited or removed subject to legal obligations, the contract and any communicated retention period. Please arrange exports or migration before termination wherever possible.

09 / CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

Your Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for ensuring that content, instructions and materials you supply are accurate, lawful and do not infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.

You must not use our systems or services to distribute malware, conduct phishing, send unlawful spam, interfere with networks, access systems without permission or otherwise engage in unlawful or abusive activities.

Keep account credentials secure and notify us promptly if you become aware of suspected unauthorised access. Where third-party accounts are needed, provide access through an appropriately secure method rather than including passwords in public enquiries.

We may take proportionate action to protect our systems and other customers where there is a serious security risk or breach of these acceptable-use obligations, subject to applicable law and contractual protections.

10 / OWNERSHIP

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Licences

You retain ownership of content, trademarks, images and other materials you provide, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant us the permission reasonably needed to use those materials to deliver the agreed services.

Ownership or licensing of custom website designs, code, software, documentation and other deliverables will be governed by your accepted proposal or written agreement. Unless a written assignment says otherwise, payment does not automatically transfer ownership of our pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, methods or other intellectual property.

Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, APIs and software remain subject to their own licensing terms. Any transfer of accounts, source files or site assets will follow the agreed handover scope and applicable licence restrictions.

11 / PRIVACY & SECURITY

Personal Data & Security

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a service provider, additional data-processing terms may be required depending on the nature of the service.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect systems and data, but no website, hosting environment or electronic communication system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

Customers remain responsible for their own legal compliance, website notices, lawful collection of personal information and appropriate internal security practices, except to the extent those responsibilities have expressly been included in our agreed services.

12 / SERVICE STANDARDS

Service Availability & Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as widespread network outages, third-party provider incidents or major infrastructure failures, except where the law or an agreed service commitment requires otherwise.

For business customers only, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for loss of anticipated profits or business opportunities that are not a foreseeable result of our breach. Any specific monetary liability cap must be expressly agreed in a separate contract; these Terms do not introduce an unstated cap.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory statutory rights or remedies.

13 / GENERAL

Complaints, Changes & Governing Law

If you have a concern about a service or invoice, please contact us with enough information to investigate. We will review the matter and seek a fair resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. A revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated where required by law or the relevant agreement; changes will not retrospectively remove rights already accrued.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to consumers in other UK jurisdictions or elsewhere. Any court-jurisdiction provisions are subject to applicable consumer law.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply so far as legally possible.
